We are embarking on our biggest recruitment campaign yet. Legalite is growing and naturally, so is our team!

Legalite as a team are facing into the wind, fresh faced and eagerly toiling away at crafting the future of legal services. This includes exciting tech innovations like our friendly bot, Frankie, helping our start-up and small business clients get fit for purpose legal documents in a cost-effective way.

Creative Leave

How does Creative Leave work? 

Employees who have been with us for a minimum of 12 months continuous service can apply for up to 6 months of unpaid creative leave to pursue passions or interests outside of work. This could include starting a business, writing a book, travelling to Italy to learn a new language and immerse yourself in a new culture (ciao bella!), anything that floats your creative boat. 

And staff can do this with a return-to-work guarantee – we’ll be here waiting for them when they come back! 

We’re also super excited about… 

Our new Revival Program where we hire amazing lawyers and professionals who have been out of the workforce for some time and are looking to get back in the game. They may have been on extended parental leave, closed a business and are looking to return, or any other life change. 

We’ve created this program specifically to tap into the talent out there that other employers overlook – because we value the skills and experience they can bring to the table.  

We currently have a 6-month fixed term opportunity available.
