Forget like-minded, we’re all about values-aligned ✨
We’re excited to announce that Legalite and in house nous have joined forces, solidifying Legalite as a full service commercial law firm.
Aligned in our values and in our client-centred approach to providing legal services, the two firms have been a breath of fresh air in the legal market, in particular, by offering tech-enabled services, value-based fixed fee pricing and outsourced legal counsel support. Integral to each firm is a commitment to building connection with clients, team members, and the community to foster relationships for the long term.
The firms will operate under the Legalite banner from 1 December 2024, continuing to build on both firms’ already reputable client bases. From in house nous, Natasha Hannah will head up a new Employment Law and Workplace Relations practice at Legalite, and Paige Comensoli will complement Legalite’s commercial law practice with the addition of key clients in the technology and SaaS space, and also bring her niche expertise in the disability sector.
Legalite Founder and Managing Principal, Marianne Marchesi, said, “It’s not every day that you come across other lawyers who have the same human-centric approach to legal services, let alone who are values-aligned. Natasha and Paige are those lawyers, and I could not be more excited by the opportunity to join forces. This merger will elevate our client experience, and enhances our commercial and industry offerings across general commercial law, franchising, property, technology and privacy, and now, NDIS, employment law and workplace relations.”
Founded in 2017 by Marianne, Legalite is a multi-award-winning commercial law firm committed to delivering Simplified and Strategic Advice. Working with some of Australia’s most loved brands, like KX Pilates, DoorDash, Nando’s and more, Legalite’s value-pricing model, client-centric commitment and tech-enabled approach has seen it go from strength to strength over the years.
Co-founded by Paige and Natasha, in house nous was established to offer outsourced in-house counsel support via a retainer model across the disability, professional services and technology and digital platform sectors. In close to three years, the firm has achieved significant recognition and brand awareness both inside and outside of the legal industry.
Natasha said, “Legalite and in house nous have always been aligned in our shared commitment to building long term relationships. We really care about our clients and adding value – it’s that simple. I’m thrilled to join Legalite and bring my expertise in employment and workplace relations to its already thriving commercial practice.”
Paige said, “Over the past few years, we’ve really loved being a part of the NewLaw community, and collaborating with other law firms who, like us, have been on a mission to provide legal services in ways that are refreshing and responsive. Legalite share the same abundance mindset as us where we’ve cross-referred to one another over the past few years. Joining forces is the obvious next step in bolstering support to our clients with the backing of Legalite’s established presence in the market, and team of brilliant lawyers.”
